Are you a new customer? Before accepting new customers onto our service plans, we'll need to service your heat pump and check it is suitable. This pre-agreement service is £180.00 including VAT.

Terms and Conditions apply. For customers without a heat pump maintenance plan, our call out charge for heat pumps is £150, including VAT and the cost of a heat pump service is £180, including VAT.
If you have multiple heat pumps at the same property, it's just an extra £8 per month for each additional heat pump if you're on a Bronze or Silver plan and an additional £15 per month if you're on a Gold plan.
What to expect from a service
During a heat pump service with Warmaway, you can expect a thorough and friendly experience. Our expert engineers will arrive promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and knowledge. They'll need access to both your outdoor and indoor units and the service typically takes about 1-2 hours. They'll start by checking the system's overall health, including inspecting and cleaning filters, checking Glycol/Antifreeze levels, as well as coils and fans. Next, they will ensure all electrical connections are secure and test the system's efficiency and performance. They'll check settings, discuss comfort levels and advise if any changes need to be made. If any issues are found, they'll explain them clearly and provide practical solutions. The service is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring your heat pump runs smoothly, saving you energy and money.
